Reservation

A reservation agreement will be signed with the customer, that will be valid up to one month. In order to sign a reservation agreement, a 2000 euro advance payment is required.

Sales agreement

A notarised sales contract under the law of obligations or a notarised sales contract with the real right agreement will be concluded within a month after the reservation agreement has been signed. This depends on the payment made by client. With the real right agreement, the client will pay the whole purchase price and the ownership of the property will be transfered.

Notary fee for the sales and purchase contract for the sale of a real estate

Possible notary fees associated with mortgage registration, state fees paid during registration
